In the last year, we have been working on what we believe is the future generation of CS technology. And we couldn’t be more excited. Here is why:

Things have changed in the customer success (CS, AM) space in recent years. Not just within CS itself with the focus shifting from old-school metrics like NPS to new, revenue-impacting metrics like Net Revenue Retention (NRR).

It has also evolved across many other areas. 

We now have more customer data than ever. But it is more siloed than ever.

The need for efficiency and “doing more with less” is more prevalent today than in recent years.

But legacy CS Platforms and systems have not evolved at the same rate. Long time-to-value, difficult implementation processes, data issues, clunky UI/UX, and more have made things unnecessarily difficult for CSMs, AMs, and leaders out there.
